At DiscoverMaya, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Here are our cancellation and refund policies to help you manage your bookings with ease:

How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking: To cancel or modify your booking, please email us at reservation@discovermaya.com with your booking details. We aim to process all requests within 24 hours. For immediate assistance, you can also call our customer service team at [phone number].

  1. Free Cancellation:

    • You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of your tour.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Late Cancellations:

    • If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before your tour begins, you will receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

  3. No-Show Policy:

    • Failure to arrive at the time of your scheduled tour will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

  4. Bad Weather Policy:

    • In case of inclement weather, tours may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of DiscoverMaya. We will contact you to offer alternatives if your scheduled tour is likely to be affected by weather conditions.

  5. Modifications:

    • If you need to change your booking (e.g., date, number of participants), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate your request based on availability, and no modification fees will be charged.

  6. Special Circumstances:

    • We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances can arise. Please contact us if something significant affects your travel plans. We will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis to find a workable solution.
