BOOKING POLICY
1. Reservation Process

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is "pre-confirmed" upon the completion of the reservation process and the receipt of the booking confirmation email. Booking will be fully confirmed after confirmation of our office

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that result in service cancellation by Discover Maya, a full refund or alternative booking options will be offered.
