BOOKING POLICY

1. Reservation Process

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is "pre-confirmed" upon the completion of the reservation process and the receipt of the booking confirmation email. Booking will be fully confirmed after confirmation of our office

  • Personal Information: Please ensure that all personal information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.

2. Payment

  • Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment cards, bank transfer and others.

  • Secure Transactions: All transactions are conducted using secure payment systems to protect your personal information.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the scheduled service to be eligible for a full or partly refund.

  • Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed within 20 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Modification of Booking: Changes to your booking, including date or participant details, are subject to availability and must be made before the scheduled service.

  • Additional Charges: Any changes resulting in additional charges must be paid at the time of the modification.

5. No-Shows

  • Failure to Arrive: If you do not arrive for your scheduled service, your booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

6. Service Cancellation by Discover Maya

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that result in service cancellation by Discover Maya, a full refund or alternative booking options will be offered.

7. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Discover Maya is not responsible for any personal injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in the services offered.
